Teenage girls' self-esteem and bitchiness

Self-esteem in girls can lower when other girls are bitchy and they are involved in bitchiness at school.

How can you keep your self-esteem?

I have made a film on bitchiness with students and girls from a district high school.

If you watch the film, you'll see how Ivy, the main character, handles the situation well; and keeps a high self-esteem.
