Low self-esteem, a lack of confidence and anxiety can stop women succeeding in job interviews. Women with low confidence can fail to say enough or undersell themselves in job interviews. Rachel excels in coaching people to confidently explain their strengths in a way that is compelling but not egocentric. Rachel's coaching draws on an enormous breadth and depth of experience. She has qualifications in psychology, speech pathology, adult education and the Feldenkrais method and is the author of nine books and nine CD sets on communication, public speaking and emotional intelligence. She has also had considerable experience in managing anxiety, having cured herself of panic attacks. She has recorded some of her anxiety management techniques on her CD set, "Happy not hassled."
She has been interviewed for jobs and been on interview panels. At one stage, when she was up against formidable opposition in a significant job interview, she managed to secure the job and was told later that:
"You got this job because instead of only talking about yourself you also demonstrated you knew about us and could explain how you were going to provide what we needed."She will teach you to have similar success.
- Most people only require a single two hour coaching session but you may return for a second session, if required.
