Rachel Green is an award-winning communication specialist and emotional intelligence coach. She is the author of nine books and nine CD sets covering many topics on self-confidence, self-esteem and meditation.
 
She is an experienced meditator. She first started meditating in 1987 and has learnt from many world-class teachers. She has attended numerous 2 day, silent meditation retreats and a nine day one. She helped run a free, weekly meditation group for seven years at Armadale Hospital in Western Australia.

She meditates daily and finds it confidence building and calming. She particularly likes to teach beginners and people who think they can't meditate and to see them build confidence.
